PICD Board of Directors

 

	Ken Hansen, President Ken, M.A. in Health Care Administration, is the former Executive Director of PICD and current President of the Board. For the last ten years Ken has managed Outpatient Behavioral Health Services for the Queen's Medical Center
Ken Burtness, Vice President Ken, M.A., former Director of Hawaii Alcoholism Research & Evaluation, works for the Army in Substance Abuse Prevention and teaches Counseling for Chaminade’s Masters Program.
	Bob Brown, Secretary   Bob is a counselor at the Vet Center and also conducts a Marriage and Family Group at Hina Mauka.
Grace Vo, Treasurer Grace is PICD’s expert in community relations, referral source development, and fiscal management. She is currently Executive Director of Hawaii Credential Verification Services, Inc.
	Joyce Ingram-Chinn Joyce, Ph.D. in Public Health Administration, founder of PICD, Behavioral Health Consultant, is the former Chief of Department of Health’s Alcohol and Drug Abuse Branch.
Eva Kishimoto Eva, DCSW, CSAC is a clinical social worker specializing in Dual Diagnosis. Eva currently works for the Adult Mental Health Division as the AMHD MI/SA Service Director
	Serafina Smith Serafina is the Heart of the PICD. She is a long time State Alanon Delegate and volunteer in Substance Abuse services.
